ConVale Facilitation Consultants, LLC is a human-led, AI-supported creator consultancy founded by Tim Conway. It grew from years of helping people organize complex work, communicate clearly, develop stories, and turn unfinished ideas into practical next steps.

Tim brings lived experience, empathy, judgment, and accountability. AI expands the research, drafting, production, and systems capacity behind the work. Together, this model gives independent creators access to capable, coordinated support without handing their voice or decisions over to technology.

ConVale is intentionally personal. We listen first, define what success means for this person and this project, and build only what is useful. The goal is not more complexity. The goal is meaningful progress that feels understandable, responsible, and possible.

PILOT PROJECT 01 — SUNSETS & SERENITY
Our first documented Brand & Venture Launch engagement is transforming an original sunset-photography collection into a coherent identity, curated storefront, customer path, and repeatable operating system. The project gives Colleen a low-stress creative business while giving ConVale a tested framework for future independent creators.
